Vanessa Belanger

Vanessa Belanger Vanessa graduated from Berry College in 2022 with a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in a double major. She is glad to be a part of Main Accounting Services, inspired by and contributing to the firm’s commitment to providing clients with accurate and comprehensive accounting services. She brings a willing attitude and an eye for detail, assisting the team with administrative, bookkeeping, and accounting tasks.

Vanessa is currently living in Boston pursuing her Master’s degree. In her (albeit limited!) spare time, she enjoys spending time with her friends, exploring the city, reading books, and being outside.

Penny Burg

Penny Burg Penny has over 30+ years of hands-on experience in Corporate and Public Accounting. She has worked for Manufacturing companies as their CFO/Controller/Accounting Manager. She has come to love Client Accounting which brought her to Main Accounting.

When starting out in college she majored in Law, however after a short period she discovered that Accounting was her passion. She has always had a deep interest in law, crunching numbers, providing accurate and timely reports and Main Accounting has been a great fit. This is a wonderful company to work for. We will do our best to ensure that your needs are met at every level.

In her spare time, she spends time with her husband, family, friends and her dog. She enjoys traveling, fishing, riding her UTV, motorcycling and the great outdoors.

Michael Bellamy

Michael Bellamy

Michael has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from University of Phoenix, with an Associates in Business Administration. He brings 8 years of experience to MAS including school finance, governmental, and public accounting.

His favorite part of accounting comes with problem-solving. Analyzing reports and utilizing technology to settle those “head scratcher” situations always keeps things interesting. Michael knows our clients trust us to handle their accounting, and as a result always holds himself accountable to bring that service to his clients.

He spends his spare time with his wife and 3 kids and tries to stay active by hiking and jogging.

Rebecca Davis

Rebecca Davis

Rebecca has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Western Kentucky
University. She brings 30 years of experience to MAS including non-profit, insurance
(trust) and public accounting.

She is excited to be a part of the MAS family, utilizing current technology and the virtual
environment to enhance her skills. Her favorite part of accounting is reconciling and
digging in to find the answers, and helping clients to have accurate financial reports.
She spent 26 years living in Arizona, but is now back in her home state of Kentucky.

She loves reading, yoga, and relaxing with instrumental jazz music.

Angela Main Roberts

Angela Main Roberts earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and is a QuickBooks Online® ProAdvisor. Her passion for helping business owners understand their finances has led her to curate a capable and resourceful team. Her diverse accounting background allows her to tackle a wide range of problems with creative solutions. She has experience with various accounting roles in manufacturing, service industries, and small businesses.

For many years, Angela was the Corporate Controller of a mid-cap international corporation in Chicago, IL that provided business solutions to law firms and financial advisors. This environment inspired her to later specialize in law firm and trust accounting.

Angela founded Main Accounting Services LLC in 2016, offering fully virtual bookkeeping and advisory services. Since founding her firm, she has become a leader in the accounting industry. Angela has led panels at several national accounting conferences and often shares her experience through articles and podcast interviews. Her expertise in profit planning, forecasting, attention to detail, and team management has ensured the success of Main Accounting Services and their clients.

Angela is a military (retired) wife and mother of two children. She grew up in New England and has lived in many states throughout the U.S. She and her family lived in Germany for a couple of years and enjoyed traveling throughout Europe. She now resides on a small farm in southern Indiana. She loves traveling and spending time with family on their farm.

Becky Rasmussen

Becky Rasmussen

Becky has worked for over 15 years in accounting, including manufacturing, banking (Trust Accounting), and entrepreneurship. She graduated from Utah Valley University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. She enjoys the ability to be accurate and precise in accounting. Managing large volumes of data and transactions is very enjoyable. She also enjoys working with her clients to form trust and respect.

Born and raised in Southern California but now lives in Kansas City Metropolitan. She has 2 children and spends a lot of her weekends at dance competitions with her daughter. When she is not working, she loves to garden and scrapbook.

Ramona "Mona" Savatgy

Mona Savatgy
Mona graduated from Sullivan University and has over 25 years of Accounting experience. She has worked as a client accounting specialist for over 7 years. Her love for accounting and client service brings her great joy and satisfaction.

Bringing on new clients and cleaning up their QuickBooks is one of the most satisfying parts of her job. Mona’s use of technology and automation is unparalleled. Linking apps to QuickBooks to improve efficiency, reduce errors and highlight areas of concern are most important. She feels that reliable financial statements are the most important thing a business owner can have for decision-making.

In her spare time, she spends time with her family and friends. She has 3 daughters and 2 granddaughters.

Nicole Stacks

I have 29 years of accounting experience, mostly from Public Accounting Firms, and about 5 years in a corporate environment. During my tenure in Public Accounting Firms, I’ve worked with an array of service businesses and not-for-profit organizations and I have learned the importance of managerial accounting. I enjoy putting the financial reports together for my clients so that they can make sound business decisions. I love working with cloud software and I can put that skill to work here at Main Accounting!

I was drawn to Main Accounting for the virtual environment where I can put my tech skills and analytical mind together to help our clients achieve their financial goals. I enjoy helping my clients understand their financial reports by explaining them in a simplified manner that they can understand.

I enjoy spending time with my dogs, friends and family. I love swimming in the warmer months and my happy place is the beach. I love to travel, especially on a good road trip. I have lived in the SE USA and the Mountain West but moved back to the SE USA where I currently reside in Bowling Green, Kentucky. I am also a licensed Esthetician in the state of New Mexico.

Shonda Prescott

Shonda’s interest in accounting started in high school where she took her first accounting classes during her junior and senior years. After that, there was no question what she wanted to major in by the time she got to college. She earned a couple of degrees from Oklahoma State University.

Although she worked with large international companies during her audit internship, she discovered that she preferred smaller companies and chose that direction after graduating. Several years later, she decided to start teaching both accounting and QuickBooks on a part-time basis because she wanted to spread her love of accounting to others in her spare time. Shonda is passionate about helping people reach their financial goals and knows it all starts with knowing your numbers.

Kim brings over 25 years of Law Firm experience to Main Accounting Services having worked in the bustling Financial District of Boston, MA. During her tenure, she managed multiple back-office operations including Accounting, Operations, HR, and office-wide communications.

She enjoys crunching numbers, helping find solutions, and applying new technology to streamline systems.

Kim was drawn to the Main Accounting Team for its client portfolio of Law Firms across the US, as she is able to utilize her expertise virtually from her home office in Plymouth, MA (America’s Hometown!)

Kim loves the ocean, being outdoors, and enjoys spending time with family and her two Labrador Retrievers.

Michael brings over 20 years of accounting experience to Main Accounting Services! He has worked for both corporate and small businesses. He loves problem-solving, researching discrepancies, and cleaning up books.

Michael lives in Colorado and is most comfortable when at home, which is partly what brings him to Main Accounting – the other part, his love for numbers! He thrives in a virtual environment and loves working with multiple clients.

Michael has a passion for all things geek, including DC/Marvel, Star Wars, and Star Trek! Live long and prosper!

Rebecca has 18 years of accounting experience and an eye for detail. She earned a double major in Business Administration and Accounting, which prepared her well for her early career in the tax department of a Fortune 500 company.

Rebecca has 5 boys and made the move to Main Accounting so she would have the flexibility to spend more time with her husband and children. Rebecca was drawn to Main Accounting and the leading edge virtual environment. She enjoys working with people around the country from the comfort of her home office in sunny Florida.

Karen graduated from Concord University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Accounting Concentration. She has nearly 20 years of diverse corporate bank accounting experience.

She loves using QuickBooks and producing valued reports to help our clients understand their financials. Karen enjoys spending time with family, friends, and pets. In her spare time she likes to exercise, read, bake, and build 1″ scale dollhouses.

Tanya Belanger
Tanya has worked as a bookkeeper and outsourced accounting manager for 30 years, from the salmon fisheries of Bristol Bay, Alaska to the small businesses of East Tennessee. She loves the satisfaction of helping clients resolve pain points and get on a path of consistent, reliable bookkeeping. She enjoys the process of digging into a new client’s books to straighten things out, presenting the client with clear financial reporting.

One of Tanya’s favorite things about Main Accounting has been the opportunity to serve clients around the country by optimizing a variety of technology solutions. She seeks to set up clients for optimal decision-making. In her free time, Tanya can be found on soccer fields around the Southeast watching her 4 children play the beautiful game.
